LSU Out To Snap CBS Streak
LSU has always enjoyed the national exposure that appearing on CBS generates for the program. However, a year ago, games on CBS weren’t kind for the Tigers as LSU went 0-5 in contests televised by CBS. Last year, all five of LSU’s losses came in games televised by CBS. The list includes losses to Florida, Georgia, Alabama, Ole Miss and Arkansas. LSU’s last win on CBS came against Tennessee in the 2007 SEC Championship Game in Atlanta.

Georgia Only Team Still Standing For Miles
LSU coach Les Miles goes into this week’s game against Georgia having won games against 10 of the 11 other SEC teams. The only team that Miles has yet to beat is Georgia. Miles is 24-10 in SEC regular season games and 26-10 in all league games (including SEC Championship Game). Miles is 0-2 vs. Georgia, which includes a loss in the 2005 SEC Championship Game and a loss last year against the Dawgs in Tiger Stadium.
