Coaching Changes

Larry Porter – RB Coach, out

Frank Wilson (from TN) – RB Coach and Chief Recruiter, hired to replace Larry Porter who left to become head coach of the Memphis Tigers

D.J. McCarthy – WR Coach, out

Billy Gonzales (from UF) – WR Coach and ‘passing game’ coordinator, hired to replace D.J. McCarthy who resigned

Les Miles indicated offensive coordinator Gary Crowton will return in the same position next season for the Tigers despite the poor offensive performance in 2009. John Chavis is also rumored to return.

2010 Board Members

If you are interested in becoming a Board Member for the Krewe of Pasbons, we are now taking nominations for the 2010 season. Being a Board Member means becoming more involved in the planning and taking an active role in making this tailgate bigger and better than any other Krewe out there. Please keep in mind that Board Members have more responsibility and attendance requirements for meetings and some major events.
